PSA: App Store Outage Ongoing

By the by, seeing several posts (mine included) in the iOS 16 release thread that there appears to be an app store outage. Asks for the user to accept new terms and conditions and throws an error when trying to accept. iOS version doesn't matter. Occurs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Yep, same for me. Trying to download an app to test something out. iOS 16 downloaded fine for me though, I’m going to install it later this afternoon

Yep. Getting the same error. Just happened within the last 10 mins as I updated other apps about 10 mins ago. Currently downloading iOS 16.

Absolutely. Device, OS version...doesn't matter for me.

I didn't, no. after updating to iOS 16 (I didn't do an OTA update; I grabbed the full IPSW), I was able to get into the App Store, and download 20 app updates for what was already on my phone.

Yup, Still an issue. And a issue on my 2 iPads as well so its not a iOS16 issue.

Good to hear it's not an iOS 16 issue. From my end, the App Store is working fine from one iPhone 12 on iOS 16, but NOT working on an iPhone 12 Pro also on iOS 16.

Same issue here. I installed the release candidate after the keynote on Wed and didn't have any issues installing app updates (until now), so this is a new update to the T&Cs as of today.

You are not going to see anything for the iPad unless you are a beta tester (and that is a few weeks old at this point). Apple is not releasing iPadOS 16 today. There is an iPadOS 16.1 beta ongoing and there will likely be an update to that tomorrow.

He was saying he is seeing the App Store issue on his ipad running 15.7, he wasnt asking why the iPad hasnt updated to 16 yet.

Mine seems to be working as well...I figured it would just be a matter of time
