Psx4All visual tearing effect

Ok heres the problem. Im running psx4all on my ipad2 and I'm trying to play ff7. It runs good except when something moves I get a visual tearing effect. I see videos of people playing on the iPhone and its all good. Ive also read its a bug with 4.2 and higher but is there anyway to fix this? Its not the rom.
