Just in case anyone is interested, this has now been updated so it displays properly on the the new 2018 iPad Pro.
Looks and plays great on my 11”.

To my iPad Pro 11 is not full screen. Seems to not be updated. Also doesn’t support full buttons on the mfi controller. Only the right axe is working.

Yeah sucks that it's not taking up the full screen. On the other hand the new iPad is a beast at this game. Used to play on my 1st gen iPad Pro on the lowest settings with higher framerate but now I can bump up the graphics to Balanced and framerate at Extreme.

That's odd. I have the 9.7 iPad Pro, too. I play Rules of Survival with maxed settings and it goes smooth as silk. I have tried PUBG with maxed settings and it goes smoothly, too. I'm on iOS 9, maybe that's the reason?

I don’t mind that it doesn’t fit the entire screen as it gives me more room grip the iPad and use the controls.

In your first post you mentioned that “ has now been updated so it displays properly “ and now yo7 say that you don’t mind that doesn’t fit???

By displays properly I mean the graphics are properly placed whereas they weren’t before. For example before the update on some screens like the the one where you collect the daily rewards for instance it was over scanning, so he cross you click on to take you out of it wasn’t visible.
Also the controls weren’t proper laid out but they are now.

Not at all. I play PUBG on my 6S Plus with maxed settings and it plays smooth even tho my 6S Plus is on iOS 12.1
I know that newer iOS versions use more RAM, that's why I speculated with that being the reason, but I might definitely be wrong on that one. Glad to see the 6s+ doing just fine on iOS 12. I don't play on my phone (I have a 6s on iOS 9) but I assume it would go smoothly as well.

iOS 12 is as equally fast as iOS 9. You should not hesitate to upgrade.
