For some reason today when I try to enroll my device I get an unknown error.

On the iPad Air 2, I go to beta.apple.com -> sign up -> enroll device -> and download profile, and that's where it goes wrong. See screenshot.

The device has been a public beta for iOS 9 in the past, but at some point it upgraded to iOS 9.3.2 stable, and never got anything new since. So I was trying again. Anything I am simply doing wrong?
It's never been an issue in the past.

I just had this issue last night. It's because there's no profile yet.

How do I get the profile for the 9.3.3 beta 4, or 3. or 2, whatever the lastest for iOS 9 is. I know 10 isn't out yet.

Apple may have pulled the profile for 9, when the public beta may be going to 10 within the next week or two.

If you previously had beta profile, do you still have it installed? You may not need anything else.
Check in Settings/General. Do you still have a listing for Profile?

I did just check on my own profile, and it shows (in red letters!) that the signing certificate is "Expired: July 1, 2016".
That makes me conclude that the profile is no longer valid. And, Apple will be updating that very soon - for iOS 10 Public Beta.
    Be patient, my iOS-using friend!

Excellent info, the AppleSupport on Twitter response was to file a bug report with iOS basically.. This community has been more useful.

The Profile/Device Management under Settings/General (also shows under Settings Search when I type it) is no longer listed.

Okay, well, public testing ends here until iOS10 is out I guess. I wouldn't have thought of the Expiry possibility - thank you!

Fantastic - this explains everything going on well enough for me. I guess I'll just have to be patient. Still no profile as of yet.

    Thank you very much!

The error is due to Apple not providing an updated profile beyond the 1 Jul 2016 date; this can be overcome by setting date in your device back to say 30Jun2016 and downloading the profile again. Though this will download the profile but it will be the one that expires at 1Jul2016.

As stated above works. Once you install the profile you can reset the time on your device to present. You are able to install betas using this profile, all it does is show the profile as expired.

I guess I can try that. So weird. I see others reporting this too though. You'd think they are able to detect this upon first poke for updates.

I changed the time to the suggested one, as well as Jan 1st, 2016.. Nothing, it can't f
Confirmed to work, for me. I set the date to January or something early. Went to the site and it let me get the profile. I set the date back, and it told me there's an update (9.3.3.b5) and after the system rebooted it's what I got.

Thanks for the info and help.
