Public Beta profile for AW 2?

Is there a public beta profile for AW 2? Or can I only install the developer one?
 
Since there is no way to recover your Apple Watch when beta is failing without sending it back to Apple, there is no public beta profile for watch. This is the case from first gen watchOS to the latest watchOS 5.
