Probably October 29th, but it hasn't been officially announced. OS X is usually released the day after the earnings report.

Apple has an event scheduled for October 22 and perhaps they will announce the release date then. Nothing official from Apple at this point though.

Jim Dalrymple has been 100% on target with these and he confirmed it... so yes... I would say you can count on it.

On the other hand, I am excited to see the new line of iPad's at the event! 😀

Hopefully the new MBP's too so I can finally spend this money I've been saving up! 😛
