Publishing pages in iWeb

I am new to this, but is there a way to publish just individual pages (not the whole site) to .Mac??

Not that I'm aware. Bit strange isnt it. Maybe this will be a feature of iWeb2.

I dont have .mac so I publish to a folder. I then pick out the bits i want to upload and upload individual.

That's a real error of iWeb... I think I will do that too. Each time you publish does it overwrite /update what's in the folder?

What are the FTP details to upload to .Mac? ie server address etc
