Purchased app list

Has anyone had problems with the purchased app list not populating under Beta 4? It is also showing I haven't purchased apps that were previously purchased. Any known workarounds?

I've found it populates after some time. I juggle between my iPhone and iPad (both beta 4) and constantly deal with this.

Thanks. I checked it again later and it was there. Just seemed to take longer than usual.
