Purchased section not loading

Apple TV with latest tvOS.
For last several days the purchased section in the app store app is not loading. Spinning wheel but nothing shows. Tried to reboot as well as to sign out of my account but it's not working.
Anyone experiencing the same?

Yes, same here, U.K. ATV 4K.

After reading the forums, I put it down to stressed Apple servers, and the impending
Release of the new Apple TV software.

Can't wait for the auto switching abilities.

Same here, Apple TV 4th gen.

I have about 120 apps installed out of about 150 that are in my account, if that means anything (i.e. it's trying to load too much).

Just updated to tvOS 11.2 and the spinning wheel in the the Purchased section of the App Store is still appearing. ATV 4K in the U.K. here.
 
That's just great. The worst thing is Apple Support on twitter doesn't provide support of any kind for Apple TV.
They just tell you to contact apple support site which only provides support if Apple TV has just been purchased. not my case unfortunately. This sucks

True. Tbh, I’ve always found Apple Support on Twitter about as useful as a chocolate teapot! There seem to be several of us with this problem so hopefully it’ll get fixed soon.
 
I've been experiencing this for about a week now, both before and after the 11.2 update was installed.

I was getting the same thing, but after updating to the final release of tvOS 11.2 the problem cleared up. So make sure you're on the final release.

same problem here, just noticed today (don't go there often), I have the 4th gen. ATV, tvOS 11.2.

I was wondering if it was just me or what.
 
Was just about to go and reset both my ATV4 & ATV4K as both had the spinning wheel purchases issue since updating to 11.2, but upon checking one last time they’ve both loaded up fine this evening.

Nope, your apps should download automatically. You will have to sign-in or activate apps again.

I used my iPhone to transfer settings, then followed the prompts.
 
The Purchased tab is once again showing up on my Apple TV 4. It started working after I downloaded a new app and was prompted to add my password. I had previously logged out of my iTunes account and logged back in, which changed the setting requiring password entry for app purchases.
