Apple TV with latest tvOS.
For last several days the purchased section in the app store app is not loading. Spinning wheel but nothing shows. Tried to reboot as well as to sign out of my account but it's not working.
Anyone experiencing the same?
That's just great. The worst thing is Apple Support on twitter doesn't provide support of any kind for Apple TV.
They just tell you to contact apple support site which only provides support if Apple TV has just been purchased. not my case unfortunately. This sucks

same problem here, just noticed today (don't go there often), I have the 4th gen. ATV, tvOS 11.2.Apple TV with latest tvOS.

I can report the same thing happened for me once I updated to tvOS 11.2. HappyI was getting the same thing, but after updating to the final release of tvOS 11.2 the problem cleared up. So make sure you're on the final release.
If I reset, will I have to manually re-download each individual app on my Apple TV 4?Resetting and updating fixed it for me.
