Purchasing an iPhone 4 from WalMart tomorrow - Question

I currently have an iPhone 4 pre-ordered through Apple due to be shipped July 14th. My plan now is to try to pick up one tomorrow at WalMart and either go ahead and use it or sell it on eBay.

I have two questions...

1. Will I be able to purchase an iPhone 4 for the subsidized price of $199 still?

2. If I decide to use the one I purchase tomorrow, what will I need to do to activate it? Do they activate it at the store or do I need to go to an AT&T store to have it activated?

Dial *NEW# and see if you're eligible for an upgrade or not. If you are then their systems should confirm that and you'd qualify for the lower price.

Either they activate it at the store, or you can take it home and activate it with iTunes.

Just in case they do it at the store, take something with your Social Security number on it, a photo ID, and it probably wouldn't hurt to bring an AT&T bill with you, just in case.

You have to activate via iTunes. Because I really doubt they can do it at Walmart.
