I found a website name Pure Mac, it has Mac software on it, a lot of it is for Intel, but some of it is PowerPC software, have any of you heard of it?
It is very lightweight, it looks like it should even be usable on G3 Macs(but I do not know how much of the software there actually works on G3's).

I don't like the layout of the site, but it does look like a good source of software.

Here is the link: http://www.pure-mac.com/

I can't say I've ever come across it before. Do they host all the files as well (looks like it)? I agree the layout is a bit dated but having said that at least it'll load on an older Mac without slowing the machine down to a snails pace. Looks like it could be a useful site too.

Yes, and although the layout is dated, we need more websites like this. It is nice to have more software available to us, if we can get ALL of the old PowerPC software archived(like dyniform PowerPC archive) then, it might give us a few more years of use.

I remember using this site years and years ago, I still occasionally use it to either discover or download old apps.

True. Shame the site doesn't have a few ancient freeware games I used to play but have since lost in the passage of time, although that was back in the 68k days so even those are probably a bit beyond the scope of this site, lol.

You might find them on Macintosh Garden

Unfortunately not, I drop in there from time to time. Been in there recently actually and I don't know how long it had been since I last visited them... Whenever they still had a System 6/7 desktop as the website design as opposed to what it is now.
