iPod Purple iPod nano?

i would be surprised they would put something like that on the front of their circular-- on their website, on the front iPod page, the pink looks a little purpulish (sp?), so it may just be a color error?

Hover over it and it show the Pink one it's just a mistake I have seen it before in flyers and it was nothing.

If Apple released a purple iPod I would so buy the moment it is for sale at an Apple store.

My bet is on printing error and confusion with there being no pink iPod Shuffle. Whoever worked on the weekly ad likely thought the pink nano (since it's "new" and these ads are finalized weeks before they appear in the paper) was the mistake and instead changed it to the same color purple as the shuffle.

the 1 model number is different from the pink one
its different
if you compare the model numbers (on the bottom)
the difference is the last one..which is not the pink one
A new color could bring in people that were holding out for a purple iPod nano. Apple is doing everything they can to boost sales with the economic slump we are in.
