Push email in Apple mail?

Hello there,

is it just me seeing things or is it possible that push email is working now with Apple Mail? Everytime i send a mail to my .me address Mail immediately updates.

Did this work for a longer time already or is this a new feature? I always thought push email did not work on desktops?

Just found the answer it's just IMAP-Push so no big news : (
