Push email without Mobileme?

Hello people, i need push email, cuz i kinda have a mail checking addiction
and check every minute isnt even enough for me
please dont laugh at me, i cant help it
but i dont want to pay for mobileme, is there another way i can get push email? thanks

If you're talking about mail.app, you may have some luck if your server supports IMAP IDLE. MobileMe isn't true "push" so really, you're not going to speed things up more than once a minute anyway.

If you're talking about iPhone, you'll need to either pay for Exchange hosting or use a Yahoo account.

If you're talking about iPhone, you'll need to either pay for Exchange hosting or use a Yahoo account.

mail2web also has a free push email account.

Aside from MobileMe, your "push" options are paid-for Exchange or a free Yahoo account.
