Push Notifications No Longer Work

For the last few weeks, push notifications on my phone have completely stopped working. I've tried enabling/disabling them, but no success. I even just upgraded to a 5s yesterday, and the dumb things still don't work. Ideas?

You don't have do not disturb on, do you?
