is there a way to get push notifications to work properly on the iphone 3gs jailbroken 3.0?

Thanks in advance.

Push notifications work fine on my jailbroken 3GS on 3.0.1. What exactly is the problem you are experiencing?

I've read they only work on JB phone if you are on AT&T.

They do work on my JB 3G running 3.0 on AT&T.

As long as the phone is legitimately activated before the jailbreak push will work fine.

that's weird, it may be the sbsetting of push then not working, I turn it on thru sbsettings and it doesn't work, I missed a few ebay auctions, it's thru AT&T.

it has never worked fine. I should probably uninstall the sbsetting

I have SBSettings running with Push Notifications working. Do the push apps show up in settings under Push Notifications ?

they do. and I set them up to on and still doesn't work, I am not sure what's going on with it.

which push service did u use? my mobileme seems just fine with my jb 3GS, but my wife is using ymail for push and it only worked for a few days and then not working anymore till today

My eBay and what's on push notifications are not working either and never have. I am jailbroken but I'm on AT&T so I dont know what the problem is.

Have you tried any other applications that use push notifications? I've heard from some people that eBay's push notifications are not reliable or do not work. Try downloading another push-enabled app to test your push settings.
