Pushing Emails

Anyone having issues with the mailbox saying that you have new emails but they have not downloaded? I have 3 email accounts, yahoo, aol, gmail. Whenever it shows that I have a new email I go to check but nothing has downloaded, I have to wait and refresh the mailbox in order for any new emails to download. Quite frustrating when I never had to do that before. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have my push/fetch settings turned on for all emails.
 
happening here too. When I read an email, then go back to main INBOX, its still showing 1 unread email when I've just read it! I have to refresh it or it takes a few seconds for it to show 0 unread emails.

Also happening with the APP STORE, telling me that an app needs updating but when I go in theres nothing that needs updating!

The email issue is driving me nuts though😡

Yes, same with the app store! I also have the 4s, would love any help on the email issue, it's very frustrating.
