Most email providers have a 10mb attachment limit. You could break the video up in to 10mb segments, or compress/encode it to a smaller format at the sacrifice of quality - but before you decide on which format/codec to use, make sure the recipient has the proper codecs installed on their system for playback. But uploading to an FTP site would be best. I use a .Mac account.
