Pwnage Question and Jailbreaking Question

Hey,

I have recently installed 2.0 on my iPod Touch. I would like to jailbreak using Pwnage. Does it matter that I have already installed the update? Also if I choose to restore my iPod will I loose the 2.0 update? Will I have to purchase it again?
