Is it able to unlock my 3gs on BASEBAND 05.14.02 ?

Pwnagetool is a jailbreak not an unlock.

Ultrasn0w is the current unlock and it doesn't work on that baseband.

however using Pwnagetool would have help you preserve a unlockable baseband. Tiny Umbrella can too but now it's to late just have to wait and see now. Considering that the US is one of the few that need the unlock it's a lower priority. hopefully if att looses exclusivity then it will force there hand to allow factory unlock won't bet on that though!

nope, you are going to have to wait until at least iOS 4.2 when they release the next jb and the unlock most likely will follow suit after that...
