Okay, so I downloaded and installed uTorrent but when I click on the file to try to open the torrent, uTorrent opens up for about two seconds and then nothing happens.

Ideas? Am I missing something?

Okay, I'm new at this torrent thing. I've clicked on "download torrent" to get the tool but it just downloads a small file to my desktop and my mac asks for an application to open it with.

What do I do with this?

You need a torrent client. Google utorrent, download and install. utorrent is available for mac and windows. I personally use transmission for mac.

Use the Expert Mode, then select Custom Logos and decheck the custom items.

just so people know: this is for 3g iphone only (at the moment), and ultrasn0w isn't out yet, so if you depend on yellowsnow for an unlocked phone, don't update yet.

Actually, ultrasn0w is out, it's just not packaged into a Cydia release yet. That should be available via a Cydia repository soon
