PwnageTool 3.1.3 Question

One question concerning the new jailbreak procedure with a 3GS....

I followed the procedures using the PwnageTool and have my .ipsw on the desktop. I know I then need to put the iPhone into recovery mode and then restore it on iTunes.

When I restore it thru iTune will I be able to point the restore to the .ipsw on the desktop? I'm worried that the restore on iTunes with restore to the Apple .ipsw.

If you hold alt/option then click restore you can choose any IPSW file you want. 🙂
