Nothing stable as of yet, you can use a beta version of redsn0w but you currently need to have SHSHs for 4.2b3 saved and access to 4.2b3 ipsw.

Is there a specific reason why you want to update? I was using the untethered beta and recently downgraded back to 4.1. Also, not sure how long it will be for an unlock to be released. IMHO, I would just stick with what you have.

From everything I've read, it seems the dev team (and others) are inches away from releasing an untethered jailbreak. Most seem to be working towards a release that coincides with iOS4.3.

I think 4.3 will be a good 'line in the sand', at least until iOS5 comes out.
