pwnagetool not working for me??!!

so im trying to use pwnagetool 3.1.5 to re jb my iphone 3G. ive got the new pwnagetool, and the 3.1.2 ipsw. but for some reason, when its building the ipws, it will do it for a couple minutes then just quit on me...tried mult times...anyone know whats up? thx

does blackra1n still work to just JB the 3G ....cuz pt is killing me with this quitting stuff!!

Yes Blackrain still works for 3.1.2

It's a 3G phone, restore to 3.1 2 (if baseband 5.11.xx is not an issue) then use Redsn0w to jailbreak. Much better than Blackra1n.

do i just do a option restore in itunes..point it to the 312 ipsw?
