Q for those who got Tiger...

Reading the other thread about Stuffit got me wondering, what version of Stuffit does Tiger include if at all?

i dont have tiger, but i would assume since its not an application that apple manages that it is running off of the latest version by Aladdin systems, or i suppose they could have made one for Tiger already, who knows

Actually, when Panther came out, the Stuffit software installed on it was not the latest. It had 7.x, the one out at the time as 8.x which has been out for a few months before Panther's release. In fact, if I remember correctly, the version of Stuffit in Panther was the same as the one bundled with Jaguar.

I'd guess that they don't package non-apple software with beta/dev builds. You'll probably have to wait until its released.
