My JB iphone5 has an issue where Apple will swap it out since it's under warranty.
Although my iphone5 is JB, the only thing I used it for was lockinfo. Yes, it was worth buying. I'm aware the new iPhone won't be able to be JB.

Before I give them my iPhone I want to make sure I don't loose anything. Is there a way to a COMPLETE backup so I can restore it to my replacement iPhone 5?
I know how many games backup to cloud. Some just store the save data on the phone. What backup will allow me to keep all my save games? No, not cracked games. Legit game saved data? Example: Angry Birds used to save only on the iphone and when you got a new phone and restored to it, the saved data was gone. How can I stop that from happening?

Also, I heard I would loose my Gmail IMAP on the new phone? Any way to stop that from happening?

What else would I loose if I have them swap out the phone?

I don't think there's an easy way to do all that. Especially the gmail push. Also, from what I understand, you're going to want to un-jailbreak before turning it in for the swap otherwise they won't accept it.

You can do an icloud backup and it'll back everything up. Just not sure about saved game data.

Edit: based on what I read in this thread, game data is included in the icloud backup:

Just plug the phone in to a computer and start iTunes then right click on the phone and select backup. This will save everything and do a full restore. If you select an encrypted backup in iTunes it will even save and restore your passwords.

But I think when GMail detects the new phone you will lose Exchange sync and be forced to IMAP.
