iPhone q on errors in diagnostic

Hey
Had too restore my iphone 4s cause couldnt start up cydia,kept crashing and some errors on cydiamobile.app or something like that...and when i jailbroke again i got 2 errors in diagnostic called Lockeddown_20130209,anyone know what it is?????...how serious is that too get errors when i jailbreak??or should i even bother with error messasges in diagnostic??
