Quadro 4000

Hello everyone. Quick question. I have a quadro 4000 coming today and I heard that its better to download drivers before I install it. Is this true. Does Lion already have the drivers for the card? Is there anything I need to know before installing.

In lion, drivers are in OS.

If you want to use CUDA, those are separate drivers available from Nvidia.

before doing any kind of major hardware/software upgrade I take a backup.
If possible, clone your entire boot drive to a spare hard drive.

Yes it is paranoid and overkill, but it is nice to know that I can always go back to the way things used to be.
