Quake 4 on Bootcamp with no textures!

I installed Quake 4 on my windows partition today, and everything was fine (ran incredibly slowly in campaign mode, but playable). In multiplayer, however, it seems like there are no textures.. I can see the gun pickup points, the teleporters, health boxes, etc, but everything else is black.

Any ideas?
