I’ve been using the first and currently second generation of Magic Keyboard Pros since 2020, I’ve had multiple replaced through AppleCare but this new version released last year has massive quality issues, the “skin” is peeling from the case in certain areas that it’s leaving bubbles on the case exterior. Anyone else having this issue also?

No, mine's in great shape. Even our 2020 MKB - used by my wife - looks great. Both used on a daily basis. But I have seen other posts similar to yours - bubbling.
The one from 2020 was always in great shape, the new one from last year is already having QC issues, there’s like a spider vein bubble o n the front and the bottom is straight up coming unglued or apart.

Definitely defective. Mine is still pristine (once I wipe the fingerprints off it).
