S steviemax macrumors newbie May 15, 2013 #2 Try PDair (available on Cases.com). They have cases sleeves that expand to accomodate phones with thin cases. I've been using one for awhile and, it fits my needs.

I've been using my trusty Oakley eyeglass soft case. Works great.
