    Hello

I'm sort of aware that Quark 6 might not work 100% on an Intel Mac but I was hoping somebody can help me with this problem:

When I try to export a Quark document a a pdf ('Export layout as pdf'), the 'Save as' and 'Pages' boxes are both highlighted and appear to be linked (ie I cannot change any text in either box with it being mirrored in the other!).

    Anybody got any ideas?

    Thanks

    Mick

I run 6.52 on an intel mac. Works fine, but I do not use this feature. I assume you have the adobe suite as well? Print the Quark file to a .ps file and generate your PDFs in Distiller.

I used 6.1 on an Intel MacPro at school and some of the machines had capabilities like Edit Original and High-Rez Preview while others did not. Some had Quark Xtensions that had been installed by previous students that provided these functions.

Try this link and see if it helps. It's free.
