Query about iMovie recovery

I have deleted imovie project,and after that i have updated my macbook pro frm osx lion to maverick...Is there any possible way to recover imovie project..any one pls help?

Since you did some major upgrades after deleting the project, I'd say the odds of recovery are slim to none 🙁

Sounds like you don't have a backup either, I highly recommend this as well.
