Hi,

My sisters iPhone 5 home button has become loose, you can spin it around and if you apply pressure to either side, part of it is revealed. Out of warranty last Tuesday.

She went to the Genius Bar, and they said that the whole screen would need to be replaced ~£120 (no damage to the screen though)?

Is this correct?

When I had a home button replaced on my iPhone 5, in the Apple Store, it was a piece along the bottom hat was replaced, separate front he screen.

I'm not sure how much it cost though, as my repair was under warranty.
