Question about 4.0->5.0 IPhone

My Iphone 4.0 just got smashed...

I climb trees and remove them prune them what ever..

Anyhow I am holding out for the 5.0..

Right now my plan unlimited for 100$ or so...I was able to Grandfather over from years ago..

So when I Mywi I get free internet ...that is pretty cool.....

When I upgrade to 5.0 are they going to take my old contract away? keep it?
modify it?

I'm lost...any help?

They may modify it slightly, especially if the new iPhone supports a variety of "4G", but really it's just vocabulary semantics. You should still be able to keep your Unlimited.
