Question about a refurb

    I am going to bring my iphone to the apple store Saturday because my home button it not working all the time. If I get a refurb how do they get all my info like contacts photos and other info to new phone is there somthing that apple does. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Back your phone up in iTunes before you go in. When you get home, restore in iTunes and all your info will be back on your phone.

    Thanks for the info. I thought since it was going to be a different phone it would not recognize it as the same phone.
