This question is slightly between the lines. Feel free to move it.
But settle down and if your going to be upset about it, move on.

Looking for anyone who has ever had a mail-in iPad repair, or dealt with a broken screen/cracked issue through mail-in.

I have an iPad with a separate microphone issue that I was working on them with, and now the screen has cracked and may not be repaired. Although its covered under warranty, I'm wondering how likely it is they will simply fix and turn it around.

I know with iPhones, they will simply replace it or also fix the screen and send it back without a problem, but just wondering on iPads, if anyone has had a similar experience, and if they are cool about it. Any help appreciated. Thanks

It's guesswork for us to answer that. Why waste time here when you must call Apple anyway...

My Experience over many years and lots of Apple Products ... They're Excellent if you have Apple Care. I don't mind the extra cost to get the convenience.

Apple has taken very good care of my products with problems.
