I ordered a Apple Watch Series 4 GPS/Cellular from Best Buy for in-Store Pickup. After I picked the watch up, I got an email from Best Buy stating my ATT agreement was attached, but it wasn’t. Nothing was attached at all.

I checked my ATT Account online and the Watch isn’t listed at all.

I called ATT and they said they don’t even see a Apple Watch on my account.

Did anyone else ever run into this issue?

Did you activate the cellular option when you were setting up the watch? If so it should show up within hours on the att account- also make sure that you completed the number sync I think it’s called.

They did not activate the cellular option. I figured I can activate the cellular plan portion via the watch app on the phone after I buy some airpods.

However I thought that because I opted to pay installments on the watch, the watch would still show on my account regardless of if I activated the cellular portion or not.

I had that happen when I got my iPhone 6s. I ordered it online and it was supposed to be financed by AT&T with monthly payments. The payments never showed up on my bill so I went to the AT&T store because I didn’t want them to charge me all at once in the future. The store manager spent 30 minutes researching on his computer and finally pronounced that my iPhone “fell through the cracks” and not to worry about paying for it. It’s been 4 years since and they never did come back to me about it.
