OK I own a RevB Macbook Air, have had it for a little over a year. I just purchased a RevB off the Refurb site on apple.com for the wife. It came with iLife 09. My 1st MBAir has iLife 08. Can I load the new Application DVD from the refurb on my 1st MBAir and upgrade it to iLife 09? Or is the Application DVD Tied into the OS10.5.6 install DVD of the refurb MBAir?

To my understanding, there are no technical measures in place to prevent you from doing this.
However, the license does specify that you can only have it on one machine.
