Hey, I currently have an Iphone 4, but I am looking to sell it because I am in need of money for summer classes.

If i go back to a regular phone which I currently have, will there be a problem calling ATT to take the data plan off? Will I have to pay any early termination fees?

I do not want to cancel my contract, but only go down to a normal phone so I dont have to pay $30 a month for data and hopefully make some decent money selling my iphone.

Thank in advance guys.

It's no problem. Just put the sim back in your dumbphone and call them to have the data plan removed

No, you're free to drop the data plan, once you sell your phone.
