This isn't necessarily an iOS 10 question as I had the problem in iOS 9.3 too. I have iOS 10 on my phone now, so that's why i'm posting here...
I have many words that will correct themselves by capitalizing the entire word...There are easily 10-15 of these words...
An example is when I type "Raleigh", it replaces it with "RALEIGH". I have tried to reset the keyboard dictionary once before by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset Keyboard Dictionary".
Any other suggestions? It is not setup as a text replacement...I only have 1 text replacement item...
