I am trying to change the colors of the image below. I was to leave to make the text a little bit lighter and the icon part I want to be all white. (In case you all are wondering I'm trying to put this image on a black background). I had the logo designed by logoworks but they are not open on the weekends and I'm not sure if there is a way to do this in GIMP or PS relatively easily.

I also don't have the PSD files but I do have a JPG, TIFF, and EPS.

Any suggestions?

You need to be editing the .eps file in Illustrator or similar. Skip all the others.

I downloaded the trial of illustrator and got it knocked out in no time, thanks for pointing me in the right direction! :)
