Question about changing UPS delivery address

So I see my delivery on UPS calendar for Fri. If I change my delivery to my work address; will this cause any day delays? If I change to pick up at a UPS hub, will this make me lose any days? Would love to have it delivered to my job but want to get it on the 3rd. Can also run out during lunch and get at UPS store if needed. Just want to be able to get on the 3rd. Can anyone verify their experience? Thank you

Will cause 1-day delay:

- change of address
- delivery to UPS Store
- delivery to UPS Access Point



Will not cause 1-day delay:

- delivery to UPS hub aka Customer Center
