Question about contacts

So the first time you send a message to a contact using the watch it asks you whether to send to an email address (if associated with the contact) or to the mobile number. Is there any way to reset that choice or simply to change it?

Yes. If you delete all messages from them (swipe delete) next time you text them it'll ask for the details again
