If I install an application on OSX and then decide to install windows xp using bootcamp, will I need to reinstall the application onto windows xp in order to run it through windows? or is there some way of transferring it over??

You'd have to reinstall it in Windows. You could transfer it into Windows if you wanted, but it wouldn't do much.

Also I'm having some problems with my g5 laser mouse.... It works fine on the desktop but when I play World of Warcraft, the acceleraton is all messed. I can't put my finger on it, it just feels wierd.
