First off I got my iPhone two days ago and have noticed a small piece of dust under the glass. I had read that people got their phone replaced because of this. I am going to Chicago next week and it will be within my 14 days and was wondering how easy is it for them to replace the phone, will they just give me a new one for this? I am guessing I need to bring reciept and box right? Also would they put on the powersupport screen protector for me while I was there?

Get it changed.

Don't see why not, if they have stock.

1. Definitely.
2. Probably.

Was it there since day one, or did it sneak in from use? All of my old Moto phones would get dust under the screen over time. In the wrong light it was pretty bad.

Just had a thought. If you have the Power Support screen protector, are you sure that the dust is under the iPhone's screen rather than the just under the screen protector?

Yes it has been there since day one, I noticed about an hour after I opened it, it is by the SMS icon, and also no I don't have the Power Support protector on yet, I tried one and it went well except for a small air bubble so I took it off and reapplied and got a piece of dust under it, So I figured let them do it.

if its really bothering you then definitely get it replaced. You paid at least $500 and you deserve to be satisfied with your purchase. I dont see how a piece of dust could get under the glass so it must have gotten there during assembly.
