Question About Emergency Call & Multitasking

I'm not sure if this is an issue from Jailbreaking with Absinthe, but now my 4S on 5.0.1 has a problem where it can access recently opened apps by double-pressing the home button. This is an obvious security flaw that I would like to get to the source of. Can someone please help with this issue. Worst case would be restoring.

Definitely a security flaw there. Is that something that can be replicated every time you try?

I've just tried with my iPhone 4S and my iPad 2 and neither of them do that

Every time, are you jailbroken? I may restore this weekend hoping for a fix.
