Question about exporting email contacts

    Ok, so I want to get all the email addresses that have ever sent me an email and put them into a list (word document, excel, etc.), how do I do that?

    I can see that there is an option to do so (obviously) with my existing address book, but I want to get the emails from people who have only SENT me an email. Is there a way to do this without going through and just copy/pasting everything?
