Question about fees w/ new contract and Iphone

So I've been with Sprint forever, and my contract runs up the 31st. I want to grab a refurb Iphone, but also want to get a free extra phone with the new contract from AT&T. Im wondering if theres gonna be a fee to activate the first phone, then another to activate the Iphone and another to switch my number over when I activate the Iphone after my contract is up. That's brilliant. I get bummed when I think that I didn't get ANYTHING from AT&T for signing a 2 year agreement. Let us know if it works out.
