Ok i have a 3gs but now its cracked. When the 4g comes out is there anyway I can buy it and switch the sim card? Can I buy it from At&t ? Can i buy it from apple?

You can not swap out SIMs. The iPhone 4 is the only device (next the the iPad) that uses Micro SIM. (I had a big hoopla discussion about this last night). When you get an iPhone 4, bring your laptop (if you have one) and ATT or Apple Store will help you activate it and transfer your account info/number over.

You don't need to bring anything exept ur old phone and ID and money. They activate the iPhone with there big ipodtoutch/sell thingy. Even at AT&T they do everything, the only thing u need ur laptop for is for like ur personal settings and so on also ur media,they do everything with ur account there. They did that when I upgraded my phone. When u go home you restore and then restore from backup of ur old phone it's easy. I did it with my 3g to 3gs. I'm not one hundred percent shure on this but I'm like 99.9999 so if I'm wrong don't get all mad.
